Customer’s Requesting Replacements or Exchanges
If you are requesting a replacement for product that is being returned you will be charged for the new product as well as the new freight out at the time the request for replacement has been made. Once the product being returned has been received back in the warehouse and has been inspected to insure the product is in new/resellable condition you will then be issued the appropriate credit per our Return Policies below.

If you are requesting a credit for product that is being returned you will not receive your credit until the product being returned has been received back in the warehouse and has been inspected to insure the product is in new/resellable condition you will then be issued the appropriate credit per our Return Policies below.

Warranty Policy

4 Wheel Online guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting for claim with the manufacturer. Warn's warranty policy on the Warn Works winches states that returns will be handled by returning the winch and replacing it only. No cash return is available on these winches.
Open boxes, damaged shipment, mis-boxed, mislabeled, damaged parts, defective product, mis-shipped products are ONLY eligible for exchange of product. There will be no credit issued for any of the above items, replacement of product only.
